We loved this tour! The folks at Siciclando were extremely kind and detail oriented. They customized a trip for us based on our ability level. The rides themselves were so peaceful with beautiful scenery. The roads they chose had little traffic — we never would have found these roads had we tried to do this.
Hands down the cycling was exceptional. The GPS worked perfectly. The food of course was amazing as well. You guys really put together an A plus tour. Perfect mix of mountains, ocean, steep, flat, food and history!
These guys have Sicilian cycling down to a science. All the people we dealt with at Siciclando were so kind and helpful. They gave us the GPS, which worked perfectly. The routes were very much backroads with minimal automobile traffic and the scenery was breathtaking for most of the ride. We didn't really follow dinner recommendations, and preferred to explore on our own. The hotels exceeded expectations — there were a couple in particular that really blew us away. I've done several of these types of self-guided tours in other countries. This was the best by far.
